Before we start working with you, we will meet with you to understand more about your organisation. We would like to understand your expectations, your main areas of development and what you hope to achieve from our workshops.
We will then create a ‘Discover’ introductory day for your organisation. This can be standalone or lead to our six-month ‘Transform’ or 12-month ‘Empower’ programmes.
In this one-day workshop, the participants – which could include you, your management team or some of your employees – will experience:
- Group coaching
- Creative Writing for Wellbeing and Resilience
- Insight into nutrition
All participants will take something away from the day that they can put into their working and personal lives.
The day can be standalone or lead to our six- or 12-month programme.
We will create a six-month wellbeing programme comprising six workshops, where we work closely with the participants on a range of topics, using counselling, coaching and creative writing.
We will also offer sessions on yoga, nutrition and meditation.
The programme includes two, full-day drop-in sessions, where the participants are offered confidential one-to-ones with our counsellors, coaches and therapists.

With this 12-month programme, we offer a more comprehensive wellbeing experience for participants, using our expertise in counselling, coaching and creative writing.
We will also offer sessions on yoga, nutrition, meditation and other therapies according to your specific needs.
We will run up to 12 wellbeing workshops and a further six, full-day drop-in sessions, where the participants on the programme can take advantage of confidential one-to-ones with our counsellors and therapists.
